Job Description - Administrator

Administrator - Required

Barton under Needwood

Role and key responsibilities for Administrator:

Controlling the sites electronic and hard copy administration and filing ? Daily production and waste reporting
Raw material usage reporting
Processing of purchase orders and related administrative upkeep
To ensure all drivers and visitors are wearing appropriate PPE.
Ensure that any new drivers and visitors are inducted and aware of site rules ? Be aware of professional responsibility towards health and safety, use of PPE, reporting accidents, incidents and near misses.

Minimum Requirements for Administrator:

Experienced in working in an office environment
Confident when working and dealing with people
Self-motivated, with initiative and proactive approach
Competent using electronic business MRP systems
Competent using a workplace PC, word processing and google applications ? Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relations with others
Detail and results orientated with strong personal values to succeed ? Highly organised with demonstrable planning and delivery capabilities

Pay rate: £13.00 per hour
Working hours: 08:00 - 16:00
