Administrator

We're partnering with a leading London-based university to recruit an Administrator to support their Fees Team. The successful candidate will join at a pivotal time, providing guidance to students on fee-related matters and handling the input of student data.

Job Title: Administrator

Hourly rate: £20 - £20.90

Length of contract: 4 – 6 months

Location: London (hybrid working, 2 days on site per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and manage incoming student queries, particularly regarding tuition instalment plans
• Record and track query details using Excel spreadsheets to ensure accurate data management.
• Input financial information into the Finance system
• Communicate outcomes and updates back to students and relevant internal stakeholders (e.g. team leads or finance managers).

Requirements:

• Experience working within Higher Education, within a role related to Admissions, Student Fees, or Student Support.
• Familiarity with student records systems such as SITS.
• Proficiency in using Oracle Finance or similar financial systems.
• Strong attention to detail and experience handling sensitive student data.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with students and internal departments
