Job Description - Administrator

Temporary Administrator
Location: Brogborough (Junction 13, M1)
Salary: 25,300 per annum
Duration: 3 months initially, with potential to become permanent
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently seeking a Temporary Administrator to join our client's dynamic Supply Chain Team. In this role, you will support the Planning Team to ensure purchase orders are placed and managed effectively, enabling the business to maintain optimal stock levels and deliver on customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place and process purchase orders with suppliers
  • Ensure timely receipt of purchase order acknowledgements
  • Communicate supplier issues or delays to relevant internal teams
  • Review and manage overdue orders
  • Provide accurate data and updates to support stock reports and planning analysis


What We're Looking For:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with self-motivation


Previous admin or supply chain experience is a bonus, but not required
