Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available:

Position: Housing Administrator

Location: Carlisle

Rate: Negotiable (depending on experience)

Length: 2 months (possibility for extension)

Hours: 9am – 5pm (Weekdays only)

Work Pattern: On Site

Key Responsibilities include:

• Greet clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to staff across the service
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries with sensitivity and discretion
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and service databases
• Coordinate and track repairs, inspections, and internal communications as needed
• Process new referrals efficiently and update internal systems in a timely manner
• Ensure all data handling complies with relevant data protection and confidentiality policies

Essential Criteria:

• DBS
• Previous administrative experience, ideally in a health, social care, or third-sector setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
