Job Description - Administrator

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Until 31st October 2025
Location: Lincoln, LN1

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and log inbound calls professionally (using Salesforce)

  • Build strong internal and external customer relationships

  • Resolve complaints promptly, supporting customer retention

  • Assist credit control in resolving account queries

  • Support driver debrief process and record actions in Salesforce

  • Raise purchase orders and maintain records

  • Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures

  • Undertake other duties and training as required

Essential Skills & Attributes:
  • Numerate and confident using PCs

  • Strong telephone manner and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently under pressure

  • High attention to detail
