Administrator

Administrator required for our client, a leading HVAC company that has 6 regional offices and has been expanding since it formed over 20 years ago. They offer their customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC equipment throughout the UK.

The Administrator will be tasked with the following duties:

• Managing client service inbox
• Forwarding emails to relevant internal/external contacts
• Answering calls from internal/external contacts & forwarding to relevant destinations

This position is on an initial two-month temporary basis, there might be the option for this period to be extended/made into a permanent role however, this is not guaranteed.

• Basic Salary up to £25,000
• 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday working hours
• Free Parking

• Previous experience as an administrator
• Live within a commutable distance of Edenbridge, Kent
