Job Description - Administrator

Administrator

Contract: 2-3 months (potential maternity cover)

Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:30-16:30

Rate: £12.25/hr

Responsibilities

  • Debrief drivers and handle their calls

  • Log missed work and update customer records

  • Respond to customer queries via phone and email

Skills & Experience

  • Previous admin or customer-service role

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Proficient in data entry and database management

  • Professional, team-oriented attitude
