Administrator – Temporary Contract
Location: Perth
Contract: 2 months (possible extension)
Hours: 35 per week
Pay Rate: £13.76 per hour

We’re recruiting on behalf of our third-party client for a motivated Administrator to support a busy and dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to essential operations in a rewarding and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the wider team
  • Accurately update and maintain internal systems, ensuring all records are current and correct
  • Follow internal policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Liaise effectively with various departments across the organisation
  • Handle phone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Key Skills & Attributes:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Confident and clear communicator – both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using IT systems and software
