Administrator

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment? Huntswood is looking for proactive Administrators to support our client's data integration team, with additional responsibilities in inbound call handling and email correspondence.

Location: West Malling (Office-based)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £130/day (Umbrella only - don't worry, we'll help you get set up!)
Contract: 3 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm

What You'll Be Doing:

• Processing and managing data backlog tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Handling inbound customer and client calls with professionalism and empathy
• Responding to email queries in a timely and clear manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth data integration and issue resolution
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Comfortable handling inbound calls and managing multiple email threads
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
