Job Description - Administrator - DBS required

Our client based in Woking are seeking an Administrator to come on-board starting ASAP and you must have a valid DBS.

This role requires an immediate start.

Duties:

  • Handling inbound calls and make outbound calls
  • Updating the system with relevant information
  • Responding to urgent enquiries
  • Using Microsoft office tools such as Word and Excel on a daily basis

Requirements:

  • Excellent administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently

You must have an enhanced DBS check in place before applying for this role, and must be available immediately to start!
