Pay rate £12.73 per hour

6 week temporary assignment

• Respond promptly to telephone enquiries related to certificates, graduation ceremonies, and qualification verification's.

• Manage and monitor the dedicated inbox, ensuring all queries are acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner.

• Provide clear and accurate information to students, alumni, and external organisations regarding certificate issuance and verification processes.

• Support the preparation and distribution of certificates and graduation documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken in response to queries.

• Liaise with internal departments to gather and confirm information related to student records.

• Assist with the planning and coordination of graduation events as required.

• Ensure all data handling complies with GDPR and university confidentiality policies.

• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting ways to enhance administrative processes.
