Swindon | Monday -Friday | 09:00 – 14:00 | Temp on going

Pay: £12.21 | Immediate start

Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established local skip hire company. We’re looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the smooth running of the office and yard operations. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking part-time hours in a fast-paced but friendly environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Booking drivers in and out of daily jobs

  • Scheduling collections and deliveries

  • Tracking and updating skip hire locations

  • Communicating with drivers throughout the day

  • Handling client calls and booking enquiries

Ideal candidate:
  • Confident using phones and basic computer systems

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Must hold UK Driving Licence

  • Is practical and hands-on with a can-do attitude

  • Feels at ease around drivers and yard staff
