Temporary Administrator - possible perm opportunity

We are looking for an experienced administrator to work for our successful client based on the outskirts of Mansfield this is an ongoing role and may have the potential to become permanent.

The role of administrator will involve

• Assisting with and responding to general administrative queries from both customers and departments via email and telephone
• Monitoring the department mailbox actioning and processing documents
• Inputting data and recording information as necessary
• Updating spreadsheets and templates
• General clerical duties as required
• Use of MD Word and Excel

The ideal candidate for the role of administrator will have

• Previous administration experience
• Good use of MS Office including Word, Excel, and SharePoint
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• You must be available to work on a temporary basis and due to the location of the business have your own transport
• Experience within the constriction industry or similar would be an advantage but not essential
