A warm and nurturing independent primary school in the London Borough of Islington is seeking an experienced and personable Admissions Manager to join their team on a full-time basis until August 2026.

This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of the school community. As the first point of contact for prospective families, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a professional, personalised, and welcoming admissions journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

• Manage and oversee the full admissions process, including enquiries, visits, applications, and registrations

• Act as the face of the school for prospective families, providing a tailored and warm introduction

• Plan and lead tours, open mornings, and school events in collaboration with the Marketing Manager

• Maintain accurate admissions records and manage data effectively

• Build strong relationships with local nurseries and feeder schools

• Work strategically to meet enrolment targets and enhance the school's visibility and reputation

• Previous experience in admissions (ideally within an independent school setting) or a customer-facing/sales environment

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organised with strong administrative capabilities

• Proficient in IT systems, databases, and data handling

• Confident, approachable, and proactive with excellent attention to detail
