The Role

This is a strategic and customer-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing complex processes, and delivering exceptional service to prospective families. As Admissions Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the admissions process from initial enquiry through to student enrolment
• Organise and deliver tours, open events, and promotional activities
• Maintain accurate and secure admissions data and compliance documentation
• Work closely with marketing and academic teams to ensure messaging and communications reflect the school's values and curriculum
• Build relationships with families, agents, and consultants to promote the school’s profile
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support a smooth transition for new students
• Ensure safeguarding and child protection best practices are upheld at all times

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proven experience in admissions, student recruitment, or a similar client-facing role
• Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with digital platforms and CRM/enrolment systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment
• A professional, personable, and proactive approach

Desirable:

• Experience within international or independent school settings
• Understanding of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum
• Multilingual abilities
• Marketing and event coordination experience
