Join a leading Independent Day School for students aged 11-18 as the Head of Admissions & Marketing. This pivotal role involves managing the admissions process and overseeing the school's marketing strategies. We are looking for a strategic thinker with exemplary relationship-building skills, ready to enhance our community and outreach.

Admissions:

• Develop and manage the school’s admissions strategy in alignment with the School Development Plan.
• Efficiently handle all aspects of the admissions process, ensuring alignment with the school’s ethos and vision.
• Conduct school tours, manage assessment days, and lead Open Days.
• Maintain accurate records and manage communications with prospective and current families.

Marketing:

• Develop and oversee the school’s marketing plan, ensuring it supports the admissions strategy.
• Manage the school’s marketing budget and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Implement effective digital and social media strategies and manage the school’s website.
• Coordinate internal and external marketing communications and events.

• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with a warm and confident approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms.
• Experience in customer relationship management, ideally within an educational setting.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent; relevant admissions or marketing qualifications are desirable.

The role requires participation in school events, including up to 3 Saturday mornings for Open Days annually and occasional evening events. The candidate must be willing to integrate fully into school life and support the school's vision and values.
