Adult Social Care Transformation Consultant outside IR35

My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Adult Social Care Transformation Consultant / Programme Director on a Contract basis.

This role will lead on substantial service improvements for Adult Social Care, whilst aligning the service with the MTFS and delivering substantial savings.

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

• Urgently engage and action to reduce financial pressure this year (2025/26) whilst designing and implementing a more sustainable operating model
• Drive delivery of existing transformation programmes that will have the biggest impact on the ASC bottom-line
• Design and implement interventions that prevent, divert, delay or reduce demand, for impact over the short, medium and long term.
• Lead the rapid design and implementation of the Adult Social Care and Stronger Communities interface.

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in Adult Social Care improvement and financial recovery, in a Local authority context.
• A successful track record delivering fast-paced transformation programmes and projects.
• Expertise in service design and development.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.

What's on offer:

• Salary: £800 per day, outside IR35
