Adult Social Worker - Complex Needs

Connect2halton aree currently seeking a skilled Social Workers to join our Complex Care Team based in Runcorn, working with adults across a range of needs.

You'll be a key part of a supportive and dynamic team, managing complex cases and delivering high-quality social work practice in line with legislation and best practice. You'll be working with a variety of adults including those with learning disabilities, older people, and individuals with complex care needs.

We're looking for professionals with a strong background in:

• Mental Capacity Act (MCA) assessments and community Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
• Leading and managing safeguarding enquiries
• Working with diverse adult groups including learning disabilities and older people
• In-depth understanding of the Care Act assessment process

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
• Proven post-qualification experience in adult social care
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and policy
• Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills
