> Requirements:
> * Qualified Social Worker (DipSW or equivalent) with registration with relevant professional body (e.g., Social Work England).
> * Significant post-qualifying experience in adult social work.
> * Experience working within a community setting is desirable.
> * Excellent assessment, planning, and communication skills.
> * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
