Adult’s Social Worker, Continuing Healthcare Team, South East
Pay rate £38 per hour
CHC Team - Advanced Practitioner
Pertemps are recruiting for two experienced Adult’s Social Workers in the South East
This is to work in a Continuing Healthcare Team, and you will need experience of CHC work.
Responsibilities

Take the lead in CHC assessments (DST meetings), confidently representing the Local Authority's position.

Prepare impactful position statements and advocate for the LA in disputes.

Objectively review evidence and make informed, evidence-based decisions, all while supporting the Local Authority’s perspective.

Support the wider ASC staff cohort with day-to-day CHC challenges, questions and deliver CHC training.

Ideal locations for this role include Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire, and there is plenty of hybrid working available.
