Team: Front Door
Location: Knowsley

Details:
Full time qualified social worker for the Front Door Team Knowsley

36hr per week Monday - Friday

Hybrid working although at least 2 office days per week

Fast paste team responsible for SCNA, MCA, Safeguarding, Risk assessments etc.
Short term intervention to assess and try and ensure service users maximise own needs and do not become reliant of services unnecessarily

Work alongside Rapid Response and other professionals services
