Details:
MCC required 3x Experienced social workers who are able to complete care act assessments, support plans, commissioning, safeguarding investigations, carers assessments, mental capacity and best interest meetings etc.

Community based, some hybrid working available, if possible an experienced worker with recent up to date knowledge and experience of working with adult social care.
