Role Overview:
Pertemps social care are supporting our Greater Manchester Local Authorities by recruiting experienced social workers to join their Adult Social Care teams.

The roles will require you to have a working and professional understanding of the following:

• Discharge to assessment (D2A)
• Community
• Mental Health
• Learning Disabilities

Key Responsibilities include:

• Assessing needs
• Safeguarding
• Care planning
• Collaboration
• Crisis intervention

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work
• A minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience
• Social Work England (SWE) registration
• Right to Work in the UK

You will be working in fast paced teams environment and be committed to improving the care of vulnerable adults. You will need to be able to work well in a team setting and have excellent interpersonal and written skills.
The successful applicants will have a background of working in a similar settings.
