Location: Liverpool
Hours: Out of hours, Monday to Friday (some overnight shifts available) & All-day Saturday
Rotas Provided: 3–4 weeks in advance

Are you an experienced Nurse, Paramedic or Pharmacist looking for a new role? Join our dedicated team providing tele-triage services with full support from GP Clinical Coordinators onsite.

Role Overview:

You’ll be working onsite at our client's Head Office, delivering high-quality tele-triage services during out-of-hours periods. You’ll be supported by GP Clinical Coordinators at all times. Your main responsibility will be to conduct thorough telephone assessments of patients. Using the Adastra system (training provided if needed), you’ll gather clinical information, make informed decisions about the most appropriate care pathways, and provide safe, effective advice or onward referrals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prescribing qualification (V300) – essential
• Diagnostics experience – essential
• Comfortable working independently and making clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment
• NMC, HCPC or GPHC Registered
