After Care Manager - Central Belt of Scotland

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Location: Central Belt of Scotland

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced After Care Manager to join our team, covering the Central Belt of Scotland. If you have a trades background, a passion for quality service, and a hands-on approach to managing site defects, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct site visits to identify and resolve defects, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
* Coordinate and manage all aftercare services for new build properties and projects.
* Troubleshoot and rectify any defects found during aftercare inspections, from minor issues to more complex challenges.
* Communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and site teams to ensure timely and efficient resolutions.
* Maintain a professional approach to all aftercare duties, providing excellent customer service at all times.
* Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
* Manage your own workload, working efficiently and independently.

Requirements:
* Essential: A strong trades background (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or similar).
* Own tools and van are essential to the role.
* Proven experience in handling aftercare and defect resolution on construction sites.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* Full UK driving licence.
