Job Description - Aftercare Worker Trafford

Aftercare Worker [Trafford]
Pay rate £19.11 per hour
Vitalis are recruiting for an Aftercare Worker to work in an Early Help Team in Trafford.
Full time (Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30pm), Hybrid working available (3 days in the office, may be required to come in more/less to meet the needs of the role)

Your Main Priorities

To carry out duties of a Personal Advisor under the terms of the Children Leaving Care Act 2000
To support care leavers living independently in the community
To work in partnership with other agencies to ensure that young people leaving care receive the highest quality of service possible
