After-School Childcare Provider / Nanny (Long-Term)

Location: Milton Keynes (MK8 9ER)
Children: One 3-year-old and twin 2-year-olds
Hours: Ad hoc / flexible (backup childcare)

Overview: We are seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced Vietnamese-speaking childcare provider or nanny to support a family with three young children on an ad hoc, backup basis. This role would suit someone looking for flexible, irregular hours rather than a fixed weekly schedule.

A strong preference is for a provider who speaks Vietnamese or has Vietnamese cultural familiarity, to support the children’s language exposure and cultural connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for a three-year-old and twin two-year-olds


• Support routines such as play, meals, and rest times


• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment at all times
  Follow the family’s guidance and safeguarding expectations

Essential Requirements

• Experience caring for toddlers and young children (incl;uding multiple children)


• Vietnamese language skills or strong cultural familiarity (preferred)


• Ability to offer flexible, ad hoc availability as needed


• Strong safeguarding awareness


• References and relevant childcare checks (e.g. DBS) or willingness to obtain them
