Job Description - AI Engineer- 6 month contracting opportunity Nanking/ Insurance Experience

AI Engineering Contracting Opportunity with a leading Insurance Company!
Length- 6 months (initially)
Rate- £500-550p/d Inside IR35
Location- x2 days per week onsite (various UK locations)
Start- ASAP
Interview- 2 stage process

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline—or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Over 7 years of professional experience in Python development, with a strong track record of delivering robust AI/ML solutions, particularly in the domain of autonomous agents.
  • In-depth knowledge of agent frameworks and tools such as OpenAI Agents SDK, Autogen, Google ADK/A2A, LangGraph, and similar technologies.
  • Practical experience integrating generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, LLaMA) into real-world agentic systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, including experience with key libraries and frameworks like FastAPI, asyncio, and PyTorch.
