Job Title: Air Import Co-Ordinator

Location: Hounslow

Pay: £14 per hour, paid weekly

Role Overview: Join our client's Air Operations team as an Air Import Co-Ordinator. You'll handle customer interactions, customs clearance, delivery confirmations, and financial processes. Monitor shipments, communicate delays, and build customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Main contact for customers
• Support customs clearance
• Confirm delivery requirements
• Monitor and communicate shipment progress
• Present and report on calls
• Resolve queries and complaints
• Ensure accurate invoicing

Requirements:

• Knowledge of import airfreight operations
• Preferred experience with CDS customs clearance
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Cargowise or Salesforce is a plus

Additional Requirements:

• Security check including reference check for the last 5 years of work and education history
• Clean DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM, with occasional paid overtime.
