Job Title: Allocations Support Officer (Emergency & Temporary Accommodation)
Location: London Borough of Harrow, Forward Drive, Harrow, HA3 8NT
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing
Salary: £16.19ph PAYE
Hours of work: 35 hours per week

Role Overview:
London Borough of Harrow is looking for a dedicated and organised Allocations Support Officer to join our Housing team, focusing on Emergency and Temporary Accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the allocation and placement of individuals and families into emergency and temporary accommodation.
• Liaise with internal departments, landlords, and accommodation providers to ensure suitable placements.
• Maintain accurate records and update housing systems with placement details.
• Respond to urgent housing needs and provide administrative support to the Allocations team.
• Ensure compliance with housing legislation, policies, and safeguarding procedures.
