Hays education are working with a leading alternative provision in Huddersfield, who are looking for a committed and compassionate teaching assistant to join their team on a temporary basis from September.

?? The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students in and out of the classroom with their learning and development
• Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to deliver tailored support
• Help manage behaviour positively and consistently
• Foster a safe, respectful, and encouraging learning environment

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational or care setting
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
