A world renowned University in London is looking to bring on a temporary Alumni Engagement Coordinator (Marketing and Events) for 3 months to support the Alumni team with a high profile international event portfolio over the summer.

The client is a world renowned University in London with an impressive Alumni department.

The team are in the office twice a week in London.

Description

• Promotion of international events organised by international alumni volunteers.
• Liaising with stakeholders within the alumni engagement team as well as external alumni volunteers.
• Content creation for event invitations and promotion.
• Campaign monitoring.
• Post event data evaluation and reporting.
• Supporting the wider alumni engagement team where need be.

Profile

• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content for international audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fully available across the months of May-July, with a busy work diary in August across the event month.
• Background in marketing and events.

Job Offer

• 3 month contract.
• Starting beginning of May 2025.
• Day rate role - PAYE or Umbrella.
• Salary equivalent to £39,000.
• Hybrid working twice a week in the London office.
