The Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Animal Management Tutor to deliver practical and theoretical learning to our students, helping them develop skills in animal welfare, husbandry, and farm management. You will play a key role in enriching our students' educational journey and supporting their personal development through meaningful interaction with animals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored Animal Management courses and practical sessions
• Support students' learning needs and promote their personal growth
• Maintain animal welfare standards across the community farm
• Collaborate with staff to integrate animal care into broader educational goals
• Engage with the local community and contribute to farm-related activities

Requirements:

• Level 3 Qualification in Animal Management or a related field
• Experience working with animals in an educational or care setting
• Passion for teaching and supporting young people with special educational needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to maintaining high welfare and safety standards
