Position: Anti-Social Behaviour Officer
Contract Type: Temporary (3 months)
Hourly Rate: £21.23 per hour PAYE or £28.12 per hour Umbrella
Working Pattern: Full Time
Location: Hounslow (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)
Basic DBS Required

About the Role
As an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the quality of life for Hounslow Council residents. You will provide a first-class management service, ensuring that the needs of service users are prioritised at every opportunity. Your role will involve:

• Developing and implementing action plans for all ASB cases that align with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to improve service quality and promote innovative solutions for local challenges.
• Working closely with other teams, including the Community Safety Team and Estate Enforcement Team, to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Adapting to organisational changes while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service.

What You Bring
We are looking for an individual who embodies our commitment to service excellence. Your skills should include:

• Proven experience in Anti-Social Behaviour Management and Housing Services.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• A creative approach to problem-solving and a willingness to embrace change.
• A thorough understanding of council regulations and a commitment to service quality improvement.
• Experience of managing an ASB Case Load, Able to complete Notice of seeking possession, witness statement and attend court, Good Housing knowledge.
