Anti-Social Behaviour Officer

We are recruiting for an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer in the Lancashire region on a full-time, temporary basis, paying up to £25 per hour.

Your new role

• Investigating complaints related to ASB such as noise nuisance, harassment, vandalism, hate crime and domestic violence.
• Gather evidence and assess the situation to establish appropriate actions
• Provide support to victims, help navigate reporting processes and access to resources. Liaising with other agencies such as the police or social services.
• Conducting enforcement activities to address and mitigate ASB, which involves issuing warnings, notices or taking legal action if needed.
• Self-representing in court, where appropriate.
• Work with community groups/ residents to make sure they are aware of community standards and promote a safe environment. Includes preventative measures and community-based strategies
• Collab with various stakeholders such as local authorities/law enforcement and housing associations to reduce ASB with strategies for the community.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in an ASB Management of Tenancy Enforcement Officer role.
• Experience investigating ASB cases and gathering evidence, including witness statements.
• Experience representing these cases in court
• Driving Licence with access to own vehicle and valid business insurance
