Job Title – Anti-Social Behaviour Officer
Location – Cambridgeshire area
Contract – Temporary
Hours – Full time
Role summary –
We are currently recruiting for a proactive and experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join a local authority on a temporary basis. You will take the lead in managing complex ASB cases and delivering effective resolutions, working closely with a range of internal teams and external partners.
Salary – £26.63 per hour (LTD)
Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and manage ASB cases from report through to resolution.
Liaise with residents, police and partner agencies to address ASB issues effectively.
Prepare evidence and documentation for legal proceedings and attend court where required.
Utilise appropriate enforcement tools and interventions in line with current legislation.
Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in ASB case management within a housing or local authority setting.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation including Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with vulnerable individuals and key partners.
Enhanced DBS required.
