AOS Agent

Join our dynamic production management team at Airbus and play a pivotal role in driving business improvement using the Airbus Operating System (AOS). This is your chance to influence change in an established wing manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enhance boards & routines with operational teams.
• Conduct training sessions to raise awareness and coach teams.
• Participate in management go-look-see activities and provide structured feedback.
• Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and activities.
• Co-facilitate AOS workshops and industrial assessments.
• Develop and implement AOS / MES roadmaps and Tactical Implementation Plans (TIP).
• Share best practices with other AOS Agents.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of AOS standards and Operational Excellence principles.
• Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma methods and tools.
• Ability to tutor AOS bricks & MES usage to frontline managers, technicians, and operators.
• Understanding of change management and adaptability in tutoring methods.
• Capability to provide structured feedback to leaders on routine management and performance dialogue.
• Skill in identifying deviations from standards and proposing simple recommendations.
