Apple Device Technical Support Engineer

My client based in Swansea are urgently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the team with specific experience with Apple Devices.

The suitable Apple Support Engineer will need experience with

Apple Mac Management
Resetting Passwords
Creating build processes for Apple devices
Zero-Touch Deployment for Mac
Jamf certification or equivalent experience

This is inside IR35, based in Swansea with some travel around South Wales
