Application Support Administrator

Your new company
Regulatory body based in Manchester city centre are looking for strong administrators with experience in managing cases to support their registration team in reviewing and processing applications.
Your new role

• You will be reviewing and processing applications and investigating any concerns.
• You will be assessing the information and evidence that has been submitted by new applicants and by individuals renewing their memberships.
• You will be working in line with company procedures and GDPR requirements.
• It will be your responsibility to prioritise applications to meet deadlines and KPIs
• Take responsibility for more complex cases and escalate where necessary
• Prepare final bundles for decisions and maintain case records accurately, managing hard copies and electronic documents.
• Support the overall team performance and contribute to business improvements

What you'll need to succeed

• Candidates need experience of processing applications in a regulated environment in a methodical manner.
• Understanding of GDPR and maintaining confidentiality, with experience of following strict policies and procedures.
• Strong MS Office knowledge
• Proven experience of managing and prioritising your own workload to meet individual and team targets
• Able to work well as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues to improve business performance
• Strong communication both verbally and written, confident in explaining complex issues in a clear and logical manner.
• Experience of handling difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.

What you'll get in return
35 hour working week, Monday to Friday.
Office based role, Manchester city centre location.
