Role Title: Application Support Engineer (Patch Orchestration)
Location: Knutsford
Duration: 31/12/2025
Payrate: £358/day Inside IR35

Role Description:

EaaS Patch

1. Working Experience in Application Support, Maintain High availability of non-production environments by managing proactive and effective monitoring & alerting of test infrastructure.

2. Address and remediate various non-prod server’s infrastructure vulnerabilities across Corporate business unit as per bank standards.

3. Preserve and enhance the knowledge base of Environment Monitoring and Automation activities by appropriate documentations.

4. Can quickly identify Infrastructure issues and do an RCA and run Triage calls to resolve issues end to end.

Good To Have Skills

1. Working experience on Linux and Windows Operating System.

2. Working knowledge of IBM MQ, Kafka, Oracle, Ms SQL Server or other relational Databases.

3. Has configuration, management and support experience of Apache Web Servers and Application Servers - JBOSS, WAS.

4. Implementation knowledge of Chef, Ansible, Firewall, PKI, Cyber wallet and SSL/TLS encryption
