Hours: 35.5 per week

Are you passionate about supporting learners on their apprenticeship journey? Do you excel at fostering partnerships between apprentices, tutors, and employers to ensure success? We are looking for a committed and organised Apprentice Reviewer to join a thriving Further Education team.

As an Apprentice Reviewer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of apprentices, ensuring timely and effective progress reviews, and supporting learners toward successful completion of their programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

o Conduct regular reviews with apprentices and their employers (ideally every 10 weeks).

o Monitor learner progress, attendance, and readiness for End Point Assessment (EPA).

o Schedule and document all reviews in the college's learner management system.

o Collaborate with tutors and support staff to ensure consistency.

o Promote compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and equal opportunities.

o Support with Functional Skills and coordinate learner inductions.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

o A recognised Level 3 qualification or above.

o Experience in apprenticeship delivery or work-based learning.

o Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

o Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

o A full and current UK driving licence (essential for travel).
