Architect

Here at Blueprint Recruitment are looking for multiple Architects to join a leading architectural practice in a contract position, outside IR35 (our client will also consider permanent candidates). You will be required to work from our client’s office in central London 4-5 days a week. This is a great opportunity to work on large scale residential projects.

Experienced Technicians/Technologists with Revit proficiency will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage technical design from RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design) through to completion.

-Produce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and coordinated technical packages.

-Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

-Support site operations, attend inspections, and resolve on-site construction queries.

-Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and quality standards.

What we are looking for:

-Qualified Architect (RIAI/ARB or equivalent).

-Must have prior large scale project experience.

-Strong knowledge and experience using Revit.

-Strong expertise in RIBA Stages 4-6 and hands-on delivery of built projects.

-Excellent detailing, documentation, and coordination skills.
