Archive Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Archive Administrator to support a 3-month project focused on reviewing off-site data storage in line with legal and regulatory requirements.

This role is London-based and may involve occasional travel to regional offices and off-site storage facilities.

Description

My client is carrying out a review of their off-site data storage to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements around data retention while reducing risks associated with holding unnecessary data.

The Archive Administrator will work with the Security and Estates Manager to collate and categorise all data into data tables and liaise with internal asset owners to identify data owners, apply data retention principles, and identify data that can be securely deleted.

Profile

The successful Archive Administrator will possess the following:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work methodically and independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Previous experience in data handling or archiving preferred

Job Offer

This is an interim role for 3 months

• Hourly rate paying between £14 - £18 depending on experience
• This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work on-site at least 40% of the time.
