Area Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a purpose-driven and highly needed charity, within their retailer division, as an area manager looking after 8-9 retail stores in London. With national reach and a mission to make a meaningful difference, this organisation combines commercial ambition with a strong social purpose.

As area manager, you’ll take full ownership of your region’s P&L, lead and develop high-performing teams, and help drive innovation across stores. You’ll be a confident communicator and inspiring leader who knows how to motivate others and unlock potential.

We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially-minded multi-site manager with at least 3 years of area management, ideally with charity experience. You’ll thrive on autonomy, be confident working remotely, and bring fresh energy to a business that's constantly evolving. An entrepreneurial approach would work well.
