Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Art Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring art lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will have the opportunity to foster creativity, critical thinking, and a love for the arts in our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality art lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular art activities and events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Art or a related field.
• Experience teaching art at the secondary school level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for art and education.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
