Job Description - ASB and Safeguarding Officer

We are looking for an ASB and Safeguarding Officer to join the team of a well established housing organisation.

ASB and Safeguarding Officer
Temporary
Mon-Tues/ 14 hours
Nuneaton & Bedworth
£23-26ph paid weekly via umbrella

As an ASB and Safeguarding officer, you will be:

Dealing with tenants in regards to reducing the risk of tenancy failure
Managing a case-load of ASB, tenancy breaches, safeguarding and tenancy fraud cases
Ensuring tenants receive good customer service and communication through out
Making appropriate referrals to statutory agencies and other organisations
Instigating tenancy enforcement and court action, working closely with the legal team

As an ASB and Safeguarding Officer, you will have:

Experience dealing with tenancy breaches, safeguarding and tenancy fraud
Previously managed your own case-load of ASB
Investigated ASB and tenancy related issues
Worked with vulnerable customers and enforcement of tenancy conditions
