Are you a Band 5 Pharmacy Technician looking for a rewarding locum role in London? We have an exciting opportunity for you to gain experience in Aseptics/Technical Services within an NHS hospital!

• Job Title: Pharmacy Technician (Band 5) - Aseptics/Technical Services

• Location: London

• Duration: Ongoing contract

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Hours contracted between 8am - 6pm, e.g., 9am - 5pm (30-minute break) or 10am - 6pm (30-minute break).

Join our client's Aseptics/Technical Services team and gain valuable experience in a highly specialised area of pharmacy. In this role, you will:

• Work in a cleanroom environment preparing chemotherapy, TPN, CIVAS, and other aseptically prepared medicines

• Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and hospital guidelines

• Follow strict sterile techniques to maintain high-quality standards in medicine preparation

• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and quality assurance teams

• Perform quality control checks to ensure patient safety and product integrity
  
  

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid GPhC registration

• Previous experience in Aseptics/Technical Services (preferred but not essential - full training provided)

• Knowledge of cleanroom procedures and aseptic techniques

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols

• The ability to work efficiently in a regulated hospital environment
