Senior Practitioner - ASET Team - Make a Real Difference to Young Lives

> Do you have a passion for protecting vulnerable young people? Our Adolescent, Safeguarding, and Exploitation Team (ASET) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting and safeguarding young people who are at risk of, or experiencing, exploitation and abuse. Make a significant impact on the lives of young people in need.

> Responsibilities:
> * Conduct thorough assessments of young people at risk.
> * Develop and implement effective safeguarding plans.
> * Work collaboratively with families, schools, police, and other agencies.
> * Advocate for the best interests of young people.
> * Provide supervision and support to junior members of the team.
> * Manage a caseload effectively.
