We are seeking Aspiring Primary School Teacher's to join supportive and vibrant primary school's in the Guildford area as Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants. This is a full-time role, perfect for graduates or career changers looking to build hands-on experience in a nurturing school environment.

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Working with small groups or one-to-one to support pupils with their learning.
• Gaining firsthand experience in classroom management and lesson planning.
• Assisting with creative activities and fostering a positive learning environment.

• A fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience ahead of pursuing Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE.
• Potential for the school to support you through a teacher training programme.

• A genuine passion for working with children and shaping their futures.
• A degree or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.

• Previous experience in a school or with children (e.g., tutoring, volunteering, or coaching) is advantageous but not essential.
