Aspiring Youth Justice Officer

£101.40 per day | Term Time Only | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm

Are you passionate about supporting children with complex needs? We’re looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist school setting in the Oxford area.

You’ll be working with children and young people aged 4 to 19 who have:

• PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties)
• SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties)
• Physical disabilities
• Verbal and non-verbal communication needs
• Cognitive delays and developmental challenges

No school-based experience? No problem. If you have a background in care, support work, or personal care, your experience is highly valued. This role is ideal for anyone considering a future in:

• Speech and Language Therapy
• Cognitive or Behavioural Therapy
• Physiotherapy
• Play Therapy

Due to the school’s location, driving or access to reliable transport is strongly recommended.
